Health Insurance Help Right Here in Halifax County

We're just down the road in Roanoke Rapids — and we've been helping families, individuals, and small businesses across Halifax County find the right health coverage since 1996. If you live or work in Weldon, you don't have to sort through your options alone.

Coverage for Every Stage of Life

Whether you're picking a plan for the first time, approaching Medicare eligibility, or looking for group coverage for your employees, we work with you to find what fits — and we stick around after enrollment to make sure it keeps fitting.

What Does "Selling Service" Actually Mean?

It means our job doesn't end when you pick a plan. We help you use your coverage — when billing problems come up, when you need to make a change mid-year, or when open enrollment rolls around and you're not sure if your current plan still makes sense. There's no added fee for any of it. That's just how we've always operated.

Ready to Talk Through Your Options?

  • Do I have to come into your office to get help with health insurance?

Not at all. We're happy to meet virtually for individual and family coverage conversations. If you'd prefer to sit down in person, our office in Roanoke Rapids is just a short drive from Weldon.
  • When is the best time to contact you about health insurance?

Anytime — but if you're looking at marketplace plans, reaching out before November 1 gives you the most time to compare options before open enrollment closes. For Medicare, the annual enrollment window opens October 15, so we recommend connecting in September or early October.
  • Can you help me if I'm self-employed or don't get coverage through a job?

Yes. We work with a lot of independent contractors and self-employed individuals who need to find coverage on their own. We'll walk you through what's available and what makes sense for your situation.
  • What if I already have a plan but I'm not sure it's the right one?

Bring it to us. We're glad to take a look at what you have, compare it against what's available, and give you an honest read on whether it's still working for you.
