Our individual clients are mostly right here in the area — Halifax, Northampton, and Warren counties. If you're in Roanoke Rapids, Weldon, Scotland Neck, Warrenton, or Jackson, you're in our backyard. Come by, call, or send a message.


If you're outside the area, virtual meetings make it easy to connect without making the trip. We work with individuals across  North Carolina and Southside Virginia and travel in person for group clients when it's needed.

A Note on Timing

If Medicare is on your radar, reaching out before October 15 gives us time to sit down and review your options before the Annual Enrollment Period opens. The window runs October 15 through December 7 — and the earlier we talk, the more time you have to make a decision you feel good about.


Marketplace open enrollment opens November 1. If you're shopping individual or family coverage, the same rule applies: earlier is better.

No. There is never a fee for speaking with us, reviewing your options, or getting a plan comparison. That's true at first contact and every time after.

Do you serve clients outside Halifax County?

Yes. Our office serves individuals and families primarily in Halifax, Northampton, and Warren counties. We also serve employer groups statewide and offer virtual meetings for individual clients anywhere in North Carolina and Southside Virginia.
